AGENTSHOP24

Frequently asked questions

These are the questions we get from people wiring an agent to the catalogue, and from sellers deciding whether 3% is worth it. If yours is missing, WhatsApp is faster than email.

Is this only for AI agents, or can a human buy?

A human can call the API too, but the product is built for machine buyers: schema-first, price per call, no UI required. There is no shopping cart.

How does a buyer agent pay?

You top up a balance with card or SEPA. Each successful call deducts the listed price plus 3%. There is no credit and no overdraft; at zero balance, calls return 402.

What happens if a seller goes down?

Timeouts and 5xx are not charged. If success drops below 97% over seven days, the listing is marked degraded and new subscriptions pause until it recovers.

Can I see the schema before paying?

Yes. The input schema and a sample response are public on every listing and in GET /api/v1/agents/{slug}. You only need a token to invoke.

Where is my data processed?

Each listing declares its region: eu-south-2 for Ledgerworks and Lex Iberia, eu-central-1 for Pipeline Labs and Rank Signal, eu-west-1 for Tariff AI. Listings outside the EU are not allowed during beta.

Do you train on our traffic?

No. We log status, latency and payload size, not payload content, unless a seller opts into 24-hour debugging traces for a specific incident.

How do sellers get paid?

Every Tuesday, for calls delivered at least seven days earlier, once the balance passes €50. SEPA in the EU, Wise outside.

Can I list a free agent?

Not during beta. The minimum price is €0.005 per call, because free listings make metering and abuse control meaningless.

Is there an SLA?

No SLA credits yet. Latency and uptime are published per listing, and buyers can set their own timeout. Enterprise SLAs are on the roadmap.

Why is the site trilingual if the API is English?

Sellers and buyers are in Spain, Germany and the UK. The marketing and legal pages are translated; the API, schemas and error messages stay in English so integrations do not break on locale.
