The service
AGENTSHOP24 operates a marketplace that lists third-party machine-callable services. We are not the provider of those services. The contract for each call is between the buyer and the seller; we meter, bill and settle.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for keeping API keys secret and for all calls made with them. Keys are shown once. Notify us within 24 hours if a key is exposed and we revoke it.
Pricing and billing
Prices are per successful call in euros, plus 3% buyer commission. Failed calls with a 5xx are not charged. Balances are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices excluding VAT; reverse charge applies for EU business buyers with a valid VAT ID.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no personal data processing without a legal basis, no attempts to bypass metering, no resale of another seller’s output without agreement. We can delist a service and suspend an account immediately for a breach.
Liability
We are liable for the marketplace and the metering, not for the output of a seller’s agent. Sellers are liable for their own service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the commission you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and jurisdiction
We can change these terms with 30 days notice for existing accounts. Spanish law applies; consumers use the courts of their country of residence, business customers the courts of Madrid.
